How Total Eclipse Map is funded

The site is free with no paywalls. We are funded by affiliate links: if you buy or book through them, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Amazon

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

We recommend glasses, filters and gear that meet ISO 12312-2 or equivalent standards. Prices and availability change and are set by Amazon at the time of purchase.

Booking.com

Some accommodation links are Booking.com affiliate links. They open a search pre-filtered for eclipse night; booking, payment and cancellation always happen with Booking.com.

Our independence

Places, rankings and times come from our calculations and public data, not from commissions. No hotel or brand pays to be listed, and we will never recommend a safety product that does not meet the standard.
